Three Set for Slot Extrusion Film Coating with Bottom heating
Brief Introduction
It adopts the slot extrusion film coating (doctor blade coating, four-side film coating, etc. are optional). It is mainly used in all kinds film coating research, like ceramic films, crystal films, lithium battery electrode coating, etc.
Key Features
● To ensure the safety of equipment operation, we have add a temperature protection device, when the thermometer sensing failure, it can automatically stop heating after reaching the temperature setting value.
● It adopts the slot extrusion film coating, high coating accuracy and repeatability.
● Feeding by plunger pump, the coating is sealed during extrusion coating, which is less affected by environment and low waste.
● Vacuum aluminum chuck is designed for quick suction of substrate, built-in type vacuum pump.
● Easy to dismantle & clean the coating blade and slurry feeding system.
● Large area heating evenly to ensure the high-precision average temp inside of chamber.
● Flat type coating, electric driven the blade coating, coating speed is stable and adjustable.
● It is easy to operate and small size, can be used inside vacuum glovebox.
● PLC, touch screen controlled, convenient for equipment parameters setting, saving and controlling.
