This product is used for slurry vacuum mixing. It’s suitable for the mixing process of battery cathode and anode slurry, powdered materials and ceramics. By conducting the mixing process under vacuum conditions, it effectively eliminates gas bubbles, ensuring optimal mixing and enhanced material properties. It is an ideal tool for battery production and other applications that require high quality mixing.

● The machine comes with a built-in vacuum system, the vacuum environment can effectively eliminate the gas bubbles generated by the mixing process.
● The equipment is designed with forward and reverse mixing function that can meet the high speed and uniform mixing of higher viscosity slurries. Mixing motor adopts PLC frequency speed regulation, different rotation speeds can be selected according to different technologies and viscosity slurries.
● The machine offers multi-segment speed operation, and rotation speed and time can be set for each segment.
● It is designed with bracket to ensure the safety during vacuum mixing process.
