It is widely used in all kinds of material film coating, like ceramic films, crystal films, battery material film, and special nano films etc. The coating length is 800mm adjustable, it is designed to handle larger substrates effectively, enabling consistent and even coatings larger areas. It is designed with top cover heating, this feature ensures efficient drying the coated material, and the heating temperature can be adjustable.
Key Features
● To ensure the safety of equipment operation, we have add a temperature protection device, when the thermometer sensing failure, it can automatically stop heating after reaching the temperature setting value.
● The temperature control system is fitted with a digital display, enabling precise adjustments, with a maximum working temperature of 130°C.
● The device is equipped with a digital display timer, allowing users to freely set the drying time according to user’s specific requirements.
● Flat plate coating, motor driven doctor blade coating, with stable and adjustable coating speed.
● Vacuum chuck enables placement or removal of substrates such as copper and aluminum foils.
