Brief Introduction
This model vacuum oven is equipped with stainless steel liner, independent relay control and accurate temperature control. Heating vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling are controlled by buttons. In the middle, there is one Ø3"×D630mm cantilever shaft which can withstand 250kg material.
Key Features
• It adopts pneumatic valve, vacuuming and nitrogen filling, which has high efficiency, saves personnel and has good product perdormance.
• 4 cylinders design, 5mm thick stainless steel inner tank, strong corrosion resistance, each one is controlled separated without affecting each other.
• It adopts 304 stainless steelheating tube coiled liner heating type, and the temperature is controlled evenly.
• It is sealing with silicone rubber sealing strip, the door is made of 15mm thick tempered glass.
• The four circular oven is controlled separately, total drying time, cycle time and vacuum pressure can be set separately according to customer.
• Elastic double-layer glass door with overpressure protection.
• PID adjustment, small termal inertia, good temperature control effect.
• The screen system adopts the centralized operation of the touch screen, which is convenient to operate and reliable to control.
