Brief Introduction
STC-BRF-G200 is a hot sealing machine, which is mainly used for pouch battery aluminum laminated cup edges with tabs sealing before electrolyte filling process. The sealing head is made of copper with a godd heating conduction, the heating temp of upper and lower sealing head was adjustable separately.
Features
● Upper and lower sealing head temperature can be controlled separated, temperature is adjustable and digital display by thermostat.
● Sealing head is made of copper with a good heat conduction.
● Pressure gauge is embedded and easy to che the sealing pressure.
● Within the safety protection cover to avoid scalding.
● Sealing time can be adjusted by timer.
● The sealing blade length is 200mm, battery case < 200mm can be used without replacing sealing blade.
