Brief Introduction
This product is used for heated rolling press of battery materials in the laboratory, like gold and silver precious metal materials, copper and aluminum non-ferrous materials. Heating tubes are placed inside the rollers to ensure temperature uniformity, which is crucial for consistent material properties and performance. It also equipped with the pressure sensor to display the pressure value in real time. The rolling thickness and speed can be easily adjusted to accommodate various requirements, enhancing the machine’s versatility and suitability for different materials and applications.

● Heated roll press, upper and lower thermostats separately control the temperature and digital display.
● The rollers have built-in heating tubes for accurate temperature control and uniform heating.
● Heating or non-heating can be selected according to user’s actual requirements.
● The upper and lower rollers are equipped with protective covers to avoid burns during operation.
● The surface of the rollers is hard chrome plated, the hardness can reach HRC62 and rust-proof.
● Adopting slanted block to adjust the gap of pressing electrode, with good self-locking and high adjustment precision, digital display accurate and intuitive.
