This equipment is mainly used to make electrolyte and electrode fully mix under vacuum condition after electrolyte injection for pouch cell and cylindrical cell. The equipment is made of high-quality electronic components and materials. It is applicable for various sizes battery, easy operation and efficient production.

● Fully welded vacuum chamber and fluoroelastomer sealing for stable vacuum maintenance.
● Multi-stage cycles operation function makes the electrolyte absorbing more completely.
● Through perspective window can observe the changes inside the chamber during work.
● The upper chamber is driven by cylinder and guided by two linear guide bushings, which are flexible in up and down movement, and ensure the sealing environment requirements.
● Applicable for different sizes battery, adjust simply and conveniently.
● Adopting the split design of electric box and work box enables the machine can work in the glovebox or on production line.
