Brief Introduction
This product is suitable for hot flat pressing of cell after winding, which is convenient to enter the case. It operates on the principle of high-voltage impact to perform micro-short circuit testing on the electrode plates of pouch cell. By measuring the leakage current, it evaluates the short-circuit condition and insulation level of the electrode plates. It is an integrated battery testing device that combines temperature control, pressurization, and insulation resistance testing functions, offering simple operation and user-friendly design. Suitable for short-circuit testing and shaping of various lithium-ion battery cells and finished products, this equipment is ideal for lithium battery manufacturers and research institutions.

● Conducts micro-short circuit testing while simultaneously enabling hot-pressing and shaping of cells to achieve a smooth and uniform appearance.
● Offers optional manual and automatic testing modes.
● Enables micro-short circuit testing under controlled heating and pressurization conditions.
● Identifies micro short-circuit conditions in cells through precise insulation resistance testing, allowing for evaluation of cell safety performance.
● Temperature settings (current and set values) can be adjusted conveniently via buttons on the temperature controller panel. The temperature values displayed clearly on an LCD screen and high temperature control accuracy.
● Pressure can be adjusted via a pressure regulating valve to meet various technology parameter requirements.
● Incorporates a light curtain protection device to ensure safe operation.
