Brief Introduction
This product is mainly used for Z-shaped stacking anode, cathode electrode and separator to make battery core. Manual loading electrode, subsequent electrode position correction and stacking process are done automatically, with high stacking efficiency and accuracy. Stacking different size battery cores can be realized by adjusting the clamps, which is very suitable for research and sample production of stacked lithium-ion battery. This equipment is designed with desktop structure, which can be placed in the glovebox. This equipment adopts single cantilever structure design, with automatic constant tension control of the roll material separator.
