Automatic Z-shape Stacking Machine For Electrode Stacking Process
Brief Introduction
This product is used for Z-shape stacking of anode, cathode electrode and separator of pouch cell core. The mechanical arm auto picks up the material and stacking, auto identifies the single and double material sheets, auto pulls separator, correction and the constant tension control, separator auto cutting and ending wind, auto taping. Fully automatic operation, high stacking efficiency and precision. Stacking different sizes cores can be realized by adjusting the clamp, which is very suitable for the production of cores for lithium-ion batteries.

● Automatic servo constant tension control of rolled separator, automatic separator correction control.
● The mechanical arm auto picks up the material and stacking, automatically identifies the single and double material sheets, auto pulls separator and correction, the constant tension control, separator auto cutting and ending wind and auto taping.
● The number of stacking layers can be auto controlled according to preset setting.
● Adopt the compatibility design, cell size changes can be realized by adjusting the positioning clamp, wide range of adjustment.
