Product Introduction
This product is equipped with a slot-die coating head and a precision syringe pump feeding system, enabling non-contact coating on substrates using the slot-die extrusion coating head for the coating process of lithium battery cathode and anode electrodes. It is also suitable for coating processes of other types of slurry and substrates. The equipment offers high coating precision, good consistency, and stability. It can be used in industries such as lithium batteries, FCCL, optical films, high-end tapes, and various functional films. It is ideal for process development in laboratories or pilot lines.

● The drying oven is made of stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance; it is also compact in size and can be placed inside a glove box for use.
● Slot extrusion coating with high precision and good consistency.
● Closed slurry operation, free from external parameter interference.
● Die head is made of SUS630 stainless steel, strong adaptability and corrosion resistance.
● The winding & unwinding device is equipped with a deviation correction device, and the substrate is under tension control, which prevents substrate misalignment and ensures stable material travelling.
● Heating with digital temperature controller, independent high-precision PID temperature control mode; infrared heating tube ensures uniform drying of materials.
● PLC control with HMI operation, convenient and user-friendly.
