Cylindrical Cell Ultrasonic Welder with Tab Feeding Mechanism
Brief Introduction
The machine integrates ultrasonic welding and automatic tab feeding function, enhancing the efficiency and precision of the battery production. The equipment mainly consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, upper and lower horn, pneumatic parts, frame and so on. The upper and lower horns are made of new alloy materials with good abrasion resistance. The circuit mode of the device is selected as full-bridge high power mode, which provides stable performance and strong output.

● It is equipped with tab auto feeding mechanism.
● The conductibility after welding is good and the resistivity is quite low.
● The welding can be perfectly conducted even if contaminant or oxide exists on the metal surface. (Even if the metal surface is with contamination or oxidation.) Ultrasonic has the function of cleaning.
● The welding effect is good, firm and reliable, the welding spot position is not broken, the surface after welding is flat without wrinkles, the back is free of raised burrs, and the welding spot is full and clear.
● Short welding time, fusion can be completed within 0.01~2 seconds.
● The welding head is made of wear-resistant material and with good durability.
