Function Description
The equipment is mainly used for automatic conventional/vacuum injection of lithium battery with prismatic Al shell battery. The conveyor belt coming material, scan code before filling, short-circuit & Hi-pot test, Weigh before filling, bad product sortingcollection, automatic liquid injection on the fixture, sealing detection before filling, automatic routine, high and low voltage soaking, filling cup residual liquid collection. Filling cup and nozzle clean, after injection liquid conveyer belt clamp, liquid injection after weighing, automatic liquid injection DMC clean nozzle, note on the liquid glue nail, plastic nail detection, conveyor belt discharging, etc.
Technical Parameters
njection method: no pressure difference injection inside and outside the battery
Prevent the shell from deforming during the positive and negative pressure standing of the battery
during liquid injection
Shorten the soaking time of battery and improve the efficiency of equipment
During liquid injection, the positive pressure of nitrogen inside and outside the battery is ≤ 0.6mpa
Add cleaning system of injection cup and injection nozzle before injection to improve injection
accuracy and avoid secondary pollution of injection nozzle to battery
Add residual liquid connection system after liquid injection to avoid contamination of battery shell
by electrolyte
Tapered injection nozzle is adopted to avoid the steps of battery injection mouth and the electrolyte
at right Angle connection cannot be cleaned
The production capacity of the equipment is not limited by the static process time. When the
production capacity remains unchanged or increases and the public practice increases, the injection
unit can be added to meet the production requirements
