After putting the battery in the fixture by hand and finishing positioning, press the start button, the servo mechanism will move with the first folding rollers to automatically finish the first fold of sealing side. Remove battery by hand, put the battery into the fixture again after finishing the first edge heating and shaping, the servo mechanism will move with the second folding rollers to finish the second fold of sealing side

Edge-cutting mechanism, edge-folding roller mechanism and edge heating mechanism are all in a big baseboard. There is a liner guide way and a lead screw so quick adjustment can be achieved when changing battery width
Fixed round cutting knife structure is adopted. If the knife dulls, rotating the knife to another angle, then it can use again. The knife can be used over 1 million times without repairing
