1. Q: How about the warranty of lipo and li-ion batteries?
A: Warranty of lithium ion polymer battery can be as long as 1 year.
2. Q: Do you have current sample in stock?
A: We usually have stock for battery cells, for battery pack need to be assembled, as different customers have different requests, even the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters maybe different. While we could finish your samples quickly once order confirmed.
3. Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Customized is available. Offer OEM/ODM service.
4. Q: What’s the delivery time for mass production?
A: Usually 25-30days, it depends on the quantity, material, battery cell model and so on, we suggest to check delivery time case by case.
5. Q: What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?
A: For some 3.7V li-po battery, we have done many certificates. While for custom-making design, no current certificate. We could apply CE, UL, UN38.3 and other related certificates for you, while the certificates fee needs to be paid by you, if your quantity is big enough, certificates fee will be refunded.
6. Q: What is your quality control process?
A: We are certified with ISO9001 and strictly follow the ISO procedures. We do 100% inspection for any of batteries before the order has been delivered.
