Warranty for lithium ion polymer batteries extends up to 1 year.
Do you have current samples in stock?
We typically maintain stock for battery cells. For custom battery packs requiring assembly, we can quickly produce samples once orders are confirmed, as specifications may vary by customer requirements.
Can I place a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders for quality testing and evaluation. Customization services and OEM/ODM solutions are available.
What is the delivery time for mass production?
Typically 25-30 days, depending on quantity, materials, battery cell model, and other factors. We recommend checking delivery times case by case.
What kind of certificates can you provide for the battery?
For standard 3.7V LiPo batteries, we hold multiple certifications. For custom designs, we can apply for CE, UL, UN38.3 and other relevant certifications with fees covered by the customer. Certificate fees may be refunded for sufficiently large orders.
What is your quality control process?
