Warranty for lithium ion polymer batteries can be as long as 1 year.
Do you have current sample in stock?
We usually have stock for battery cells. For battery packs that need assembly, we can quickly produce samples once orders are confirmed, as different customers may have different requirements.
Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders for testing and quality verification. Customization is available, and we offer OEM/ODM services.
What's the delivery time for mass production?
Typically 25-30 days, depending on quantity, materials, battery cell model, and other factors. We recommend checking delivery times case by case.
What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?
For standard 3.7V Li-Po batteries, we have multiple certifications. For custom designs, we can apply for CE, UL, UN38.3 and other certificates with fees that may be refunded for large quantity orders.
