Animal Livestock Farming Equipment Manure Removal System Advantages
1. PP belt manure removal system greatly improves the air quality in the chicken house, relatively reduces the occurrence of some diseases, and has high safety.
2. The complete manure removal system has high cleanliness, which can effectively reduce the concentration of harmful gases in the house, relatively reduce the ventilation in the house, reduce energy consumption, and extend the service life of the fan.
3. The temperature of poultry house can also be increased to reduce the energy consumption of the chickens and improve the production performance of the chickens; compared with drying, chicken manure is easier to handle and deep-process, and work efficiency is improved.
4. Manure collecting belt is welded with an ultrasonic welding machine, which has certain strength and toughness, no water absorption and no deformation.
5. Each row or tier of raising chicken cages is equipped with a set of vertical manure cleaning belt, and each chicken house is equipped with horizontal and oblique belt; the longitudinal belt transfer the chicken manure to the end remover machine belt of the chicken house, and then transfer it to the outside of the house directly onto the truck. The manure removal power and control system are located at the end of the chicken house for easy operation and maintenance.
