Poultry House Layer Chicken Cage System Details
Poultry house layer chicken cage system is for egg production of laying hens farm. A and H frame battery chicken cage can be produced by Silver Star. Both types can be made fully automatic equipment, with automatic feeding equipment, automated water drinking, automated waste cleaning system, automated egg collecting system, ventilation and environmental controlling systems.
Poultry house feeding equipment contains gantry feeding equipment and feeding carts machine, which is suit for both A and H type battery cages for poultry chicken.
Poultry House Feeding Euipment Features
Hopper trolley feeding carts method is to firstly transport the feed from the silo outside of poultry house to the front hopper of each line of chicken cage through the spring auger, and then evenly transport the feed to the feed trough of each layer cage through the moving carts. The feed capacity supply in the feed trough can be adjusted by the leveler.
Gantry feeding machine in poultry farm is also a common feeding machine. Compared with ladder type feeding trolley, the gantry feeding machine is more suitable for A-type chicken cage and also much more cheaper than it. The gantry feeding machine in Silver Star machinery consists of frame, feeding box, feed sprocket, chain plate, electrical machine and so on. Thus, it can guaranteen feeding evenly and can also realize quantitative and proportional feeding.
