One day Old Pullet Rearing Baby Chick Cage Introduction:
One day old pullet rearing baby chick cage is produced by Silver Star not only reduces the mortality of chicks but also greatly saves the breeding space. The main material of chick brooder cage is hot-dip galvanized wire. By heating and pressing, the two weldments (metal wires) are melted into one body, so that the chicken cage mesh is welded firmly, and the solder joints are firm, which greatly improves the load-bearing capacity of the chicken cage and increases the service life. The special horizontal door design makes the cage door more space, and the chicken's feeding position can be changed arbitrarily, which effectively solves the trouble of crowding with each other when the chickens eat, and ensures that the chickens eat more evenly.
One Day Old Pullet Rearing Baby Chick Cage Features:
1. Pullet rearing chick brooder cage frame/stand: Material: U-shaped hot-dip galvanized rectangular tube, angle iron or 6mm thick flat steel: After cutting, stamping, bending, welding, and forming;
2. Brooding cage raw materials: high-quality low-carbon steel cold drawn wire, or hot-dip galvanized wire, or zinc-aluminum alloy wire, with good tensile and compressive properties;
3. Pullet chicken cage net: It is composed of bottom net, back net, upper net, boundary grid, front piece net and gantry piece.
4. Welding process: Welding first, then galvanizing, or processing according to your requirements;
5. Applicable features: specially designed and manufactured for baby chicks. The surrounding cage nets of the middle cage are welded and encrypted, combined with a professional plastic net paving, to raise chicks for 1-30 days, chicks for 30-50 days in the top cage, and chicks for 50-90 days in the bottom cage.
6. The water line is combined with a pressure regulator to adjust the water pressure to a certain level, and the water supply of each nipple drinker is evenly distributed to ensure that the birds have enough water supply.
