A type 1 day olc baby chicks pullet chicken cage has 3 layers and 4 layers cages 2 types, which are specially designed and produced for one day old brooders. 3 layers cage has 18 nests, and 4 layers cage has 24 nests. Silver Star A type pullet chicken cage is simple structure and easy to install. It is suitable for small or medium farms, which makes a complete chicken raising lines being equipped with reasonable water lines and feed lines.
A type pullet chicken cage size:
Single layer chicks cage specifications: length 185CM*width 60CM*height 38CM, composed of three nests, each nest can raise 10 adult chickens, 3 layers cage back-to-back 6 single cages as a set, which can be grown up 180 chicks, and a group of 8 single cages with four layers of back-to-back can raise 240 chicks.
Baby Chicks Pullet Chicken Cage Features:
1. Baby chicks pullet chicken cage raw materials: cold or hot-dip galvanized wire, or zinc-aluminum alloy wire, with good tensile and compressive properties;
2. Wire diameter for chicks brooder cages: 2.0-3.0mm, customized according to customer needs;
3. Pullet chicken cage net: It is composed of bottom net, back net, upper net, boundary grid, front piece net and gantry piece.
4. Welding process: Welding first, then galvanizing, or processing according to your requirements.
5. The surface of the cage net is brilliance, does not rub feet, is easy to wash, does not stick to feces, and has good heat preservation;
6. Brooder chicken cage frame/stand: Material: U type galvanized rectangular tube, angle iron or 6mm thick flat steel: After cutting, stamping, bending, welding, and forming;
7. Feeding trough: The raw material is polyethylene, which is super tough and has the characteristics of anti-falling, compressive and anti-aging. Feeders are equipped with an adjusting plate, which can effectively meet the feeding of the chicks at different growth stages, so that the chicks have sufficient feeding , and the eating position is uniform and healthy.
8. Applicable features: The surrounding cage nets of the middle cage are welded and encrypted, combined with a professional plastic net paving, to raise chicks for 1-30 days, chicks for 30-50 days in the top cage, and chicks for 50-90 days in the bottom cage.
