Poultry Farm Layer Chicken Cage Advantages:

1. The surface treatment of the battery cage is hot-dipped galvanizing adopted with 400um thickness for zinc-layer, and the corrosion resistance is 3-4 times that of the general surface treatment;
2. The cage door is a sliding grille, which can be opened easily, making the chicken in and out easier and more humane;
3. The egg buffer device can hinder the egg when it rolls down quickly, so that the eggs can safely fall on the egg belt, to reduce the egg breakage rate effectively;
4. Adopt V-shaped feed trough to minimize food waste;
5. Adopt q235 low carbon wire mesh to make the bottom mesh rebound slowly after deformation to keep the eggs in good condition.
6. Nipples are designed on the edge of the side mesh, and each hen can easily reach the nipples.
7. The replaceable bottom mesh increases the convenience of maintenance and makes the maintenance of the cage system more efficient.
