Equipped with a scientific 500 cm² independent activity space for each broiler, the system avoids overcrowding during the breeding cycle. It creates a comfortable and ventilated growth environment, effectively improving the uniformity of broiler body weight and overall breeding quality.
The cage floor is made of soft and elastic polypropylene mesh material. Compared with traditional hard metal mesh, it effectively prevents common problems such as breast blisters, hematomas and leg injuries in fast-growing meat broilers, reducing poultry morbidity and eliminating breeding losses.
The equipment is highly compatible with complete sets of automated breeding systems, including tray-type feeding equipment, nipple drinking water lines, PP belt automatic manure cleaning devices and intelligent broiler catching systems. The whole breeding process realizes mechanized and automated operation, greatly improving breeding efficiency.
Different from the traditional ground flat breeding mode, the multi-layer vertical structure increases the effective breeding area of the poultry house by 200%-300%, maximizing the use of limited plant space and greatly improving the unit output benefit of the farm.
The main frame is made of standard Q235 high-quality steel wire, with thickened hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment.
