Automatic Feeding System
The automatic feeding system ensures that every hen receives a precise and uniform amount of nutrients. Available in both Trolley Feeding (Hopper Car) and Auger/Silo Feeding configurations, the system eliminates feed segregation and minimizes human error, resulting in a significantly optimized Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR).

Automatic Egg Collection System
Transition from manual labor to automated efficiency. Our automatic egg collection system gently transports eggs from the cage floor directly to the packing station. By controlling the conveying speed and using soft-touch materials, the system keeps the egg breakage rate under 0.5% while keeping the eggshell surfaces pristine and clean.

Features a smart egg-filtering and buffering mechanism at the terminal elevator to prevent eggs from colliding and cracking

Automatic Manure System
Our advanced PP belt manure removal system clears waste daily, keeping the chicken house fresh and virtually odor-free. By removing feces before they decompose, it drastically cuts down toxic ammonia (NH3) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gases, protecting both bird health and farm operators.
High-strength, 1.0mm-1.2mm thick belts run smoothly under each tier of cages, ensuring zero manure leakage
Heavy-duty rubber scrapers completely clean the belts without causing wear or tear
