Featuring fully overlapping layers with a conveyor belt for manure removal, the stacking type coop offers high feeding density: 16 to 18 birds/m² in three-layer full overlap and 18 to 20 birds/m² in four-layer full overlap. With potential for more than 8 layers, it suits highly mechanized farms, enhancing feeding density, minimizing farm space usage, and boosting staff productivity.
Multi-layer coops can promote the health of chickens
Poultry farmers often see poor health results in their chickens due to the neglect of multi-layer coops. These coops are essential for chicken health and reproduction. Unlike ordinary wire cages, high-quality multi-layer coops have wire floors that allow feces to leak through, removing it from the flock and lowering the risk of fecal-borne diseases, which keeps the chickens healthy and protects the farmers' interests.
Increase egg production
Chickens raised in healthy conditions are more productive, and enrichment cages can enhance their egg production potential. Studies estimate that 60% of eggs used in products such as mayonnaise, sandwiches, and cakes originate from caged chickens. This suggests that cages, especially multi-layer ones, are more effective for egg production than other breeding methods.

Henan Silver Star's 1250 type frame layer cage is ideal for laying and breeding hens. Each cage net is 650 mm long and 1250 mm wide, featuring one door per net, each door being 650 mm long, 650 mm deep, and 500 mm high. The design ensures maximum comfort with a large open space and precise structural details for enhanced welfare, holding up to 9 birds per door. Each bird has 452 square centimeters of space, and the feeding capacity per cage net is 18 birds.
Each compartment of three layers has a breeding capacity of 54 birds. Each enclosure's capacity varies, with 72 birds per four-layer enclosure and 90 birds per five-layer enclosure. Six-floor enclosures hold 108 birds each. The most common structure has four layers. Multi-layer partition structures are optional, with typical configurations including eight layers (4+4) or nine layers (3+3+3). These designs help reduce housing costs and improve overall value.
