HSV900 is a high-performance polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) powder specifically engineered as an adhesive and binder, widely recognized for its exceptional chemical resistance, mechanical stability, and thermal endurance. Made from high-purity PVDF resin via advanced polymerization and powder processing technology, this product exhibits excellent solubility in polar organic solvents (such as NMP, DMF) and forms strong, flexible bonding layers when cured. With a balanced molecular weight distribution and controlled particle size, HSV900 is the preferred binder for lithium-ion batteries, electrochemical devices, and industrial coating applications—delivering reliable adhesion, low impurity content, and consistent performance to meet the stringent requirements of high-tech industries.
Key Features

PDF900 is produced via emulsion polymerization, with a molecular weight of 1 million and a relatively small particle size (approximately 30 microns). It boasts high purity, excellent processability, and superior viscosity and bonding performance. It is suitable as a positive electrode binder for lithium-ion batteries.
