Suggestions and Instructions
  1. Store in vacuum or seal with 2 layers of self-sealing bags in a glove box, especially for high-nickel and sodium-positive electrode materials. Improper storage will lead to an increase in battery internal resistance.
  2. The pole piece is not rolled. It is necessary to roll the pole piece according to the recommended compaction density.
  3. The coating surface density is determined according to the actual weighing result, and the coating surface density does not include the current collector.
  4. The actual weighed and calculated mass of active material (mg) = (mass of small circular piece in mg - surface density of current collector in mg/cm² * area of small circular piece in cm²) * proportion of active material.
  5. Theoretical mass of active material (mg) = surface density of coating in mg/cm² * proportion of active material * area of small circular piece in cm².
  6. Theoretical areal capacity in mAh/cm² = (surface density of coating in mg/cm² * proportion of active material * specific capacity in mAh/g) ÷ 1000.
  7. When calculating the specific capacity, calculate it according to the actual weighed amount of active material. Due to the tolerance of the coating surface density, the actual weighing shall prevail.
  8. Crease: The single-sided pole piece is easy to wrinkle after rolling. Spreading it flat for packaging may cause creases.
