Product Overview

Tabs are key raw materials for lithium-ion polymer batteries (e.g., mobile, Bluetooth, laptop batteries). As metal conductors, they draw positive/negative electrodes from battery cores (inner connections, not external copper sheets).

Made of adhesive film + metal strip (Al for positive, Ni/Ni-Cu for negative), the film insulates to avoid short circuits and bonds with aluminum-plastic film via ~140°C heat-sealing to prevent leakage. Common black film has 3 layers (melanin, PE, PP) with specific melting points.
