These stainless - steel strips are precision - engineered metal components that play a crucial role in enhancing the durability and extending the service life of lithium battery packs.
2. Key Features
High Strength: Our stainless - steel strip, with its unique composition replacing part of nickel in 304 with manganese and nitrogen, offers relatively high strength, which is beneficial for providing structural support to the battery pack.
Corrosion Resistance: 304 stainless - steel strip has a high anti - rust performance, being able to resist corrosion in a wide range of environments. It shows strong corrosion resistance in nitric acid below the boiling temperature with a concentration of ≤ 65%, as well as good resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acids. Although 201 stainless - steel strip has relatively lower corrosion resistance compared to 304, it still provides adequate protection in many indoor or mild - environment battery - storage scenarios.
