 1. Pressure regulation 

The welding head pressure is adjustable from 1-10KG to ensure good welding results of different thicknesses and materials.

 2. Pneumatic precision welding head 

The left and right electrodes of the double point welding head are pressed down simultaneously, which is precise and adjustable. Flexible and rapid pressurization, with good pressure follow-up. High machining accuracy and low electrode inertia. The built-in pressure in place sensing device is connected to the welding controller to ensure that each welding pressure meets the requirements.

 3. Welding table 

Welding table can be adjusted up and down, loose the screw can be adjusted, simple and convenient, suitable for a variety of specifications of battery welding.

Q: What's your minimum order quantity?

A: We don't have a minimum order quantity. Whether it is an order of 1 or 100, we will wholeheartedly support you.

Q: How do I install and run the machine?

A: Our technicians had installed the machine before shipment. For the installation of some widgets, we will send out detailed training videos and user manuals randomly. 95% of customers can teach themselves.

Q: How does your factory do in terms of quality control?

A: Quality comes first. More than 20 tests will be performed on each unit. After all the tests are passed, our QC will test the welding performance.
