IEC 60335-2-36 Mechanical Durability Test Device For Commercial Induction Cookers

Product Overview
The equipment evaluates induction heating equipment structures to ensure they withstand 100,000 cycles of normal use without failure that could compromise safety requirements. The testing verifies that insulation remains intact, connections stay secure, and mechanical durability meets industry standards.
Testing Principle
A motor-driven mechanical arm moves pans or equivalent metal objects up and down across the induction cooker surface at controlled speeds. The induction cooker is cycled on and off to simulate 10,000 life test cycles, with adjustable load voltage to replicate real-world conditions.
