Main Structural and Functional Features:
Dual Wheel Set Switching Design:The vehicle is equipped with two independent walking wheel systems. The longitudinal and transverse wheel sets automatically switch between each other via a hydraulic system, enabling seamless connection to tracks in different directions and facilitating material flow between multiple workstations.
Hydraulic Lifting Platform:A high-performance hydraulic lifting device is installed in the center of the vehicle body, automatically adjusting the platform according to the workstation height for precise connection to production lines, turntables, or conveyor systems.
High Load-Bearing Capacity Structural Design:Utilizing a thickened welded steel structure, the vehicle boasts a high overall load-bearing capacity. Load capacities can be customized (1 ton to 100 tons) to meet various requirements, making it suitable for handling large workpieces, molds, steel coils, and mechanical equipment.
