Based on the load capacity and actual transport conditions of the transport vehicle, a high-strength box girder frame or a steel composite structure can be adopted. Optional drive systems, wheels, and load-bearing components can be selected to ensure the vehicle has excellent load-bearing capacity and operational stability.
The transfer cart runs along fixed tracks, maintaining a stable travel route, suitable for transporting medium to heavy-duty and even extra-heavy materials. The platform can also be customized according to the actual transported items, and auxiliary structures such as baffles, support frames, positioning devices, V-blocks, tooling fixtures, and roller conveyor systems can be added.

Early rail transport vehicles were primarily used to solve the problem of transferring large and heavy materials within the factory. Driven by motors, the wheels ran along fixed tracks, featuring a simple structure and convenient operation, meeting basic material transport needs.

Through PLC control, sensor detection, fixed-point stopping, automatic start/stop, and production line linkage functions, more intelligent material transport can be achieved.
