1. Product Introduce
This rail transfer cart is an electric transfer cart that uses busbars as energy supply. It has unlimited running time and is particularly suitable for long-term continuous operation and high-frequency round-trip operation. The busbar power supply system consists of busbars, collectors, cable connection devices, etc., and is safe, stable and easy to maintain.
Continuous power supply: It can be used in long-term working occasions without external power supply;
Reasonable track embedding: The busbar can be arranged along one side of the track to save space;
Widely applicable: It is widely used in heavy industry, metallurgy, machinery, molds and other industries;
Customization is supported: load, size, functional countertops, etc. can be customized according to customer requirements.
1. Frame composition
- It adopts a box beam structure frame with strong bearing capacity and high compressive deformation resistance;
- The surface is sandblasted and rust-removed, and the appearance is sprayed with industrial anti-rust paint.
2. Drive system
- It is equipped with an AC motor + reducer combined drive system to provide stable and reliable traction;
- It is equipped with transmission systems of different specifications according to tonnage.
3. Electric control system
- High-strength cast steel wheels are used, which have good load-bearing and wear-resistant performance
- Support handle, wireless remote control, and can also be upgraded to PLC automatic control system.
Secondly, different devices can be installed according to actual working conditions, such as: roller or chain conveyor, lifting or coiling device on the table. Specific load parameters can also be customized.
