Bending Sourcing Integrity, we only use certified prime steel coils from reputable mills (like Baosteel, ArcelorMittal, or ThyssenKrupp). and have the Mill Test Certificate (MTC) to verify the coating is truly 275g/㎡, and not a cheaper 80-120g/㎡ commercial grade.
Bending with Precision Tooling & Strict Burrs Control: Since the tray is punched after galvanizing, the tools must be razor-sharp. As an excellent factory produces clean punches without "flaking" the zinc or leaving sharp burrs that could damage cable insulation.
Bending has Automatic Rolling Lines: Bending uses continuous automated roll-forming machines rather than manual press brakes. Automated lines ensure the tray is perfectly straight, which is critical for long runs in data centers.
Packaging & Storage: Pre-galvanized steel is sensitive to "White Rust" (oxidation from moisture) before installation. Bending stores finished goods in a climate-controlled dry warehouse and uses waterproof wrapping for transit.
