The Super agitator bead mill is designed with 5 factors consideration (Energy consumption, material, speed, sealing, cooling),and the designed worklife is 12 years, high precesion manufactured agitaor bead mill is manufactured with American imported 4 axis CNC, which can ensure the rather great concentricity of key parts, and mill is processed with hydrolic equipment for shaft assemble, which is the newest and best way to assemble shaft, rather than traditional process. Therefore, our mills are more steadily operated and make nearly no noise.
The main feactures:
1. Different materials of inner chamber is to meet different needs. Materials often include silicon carbide ceramics, hard alloy, 9Cr18Mo alloy steel, SUS 304 stainless steel,PU. Customers could choose the appropriate materials of inner chamber according to grinding materials conditons.
2. Temperature control is better than other normal bead mills:Double spiral cooling technology enhances the space of heat rejection, superior material with good thermal conductivity will be rather lower the temperature before coollant come in pipe. silicon carbide ceramics is the best choice if users grinding slurry has great high requirement of temperature.
3.Fineness is insured to reach user's requirement.The different fineness after grindinig can be reached for your different demands, the smallest grinding media of 0.1mm with 200-300nm.
4.Higher efficiency after considered 5 key factors.Nomarlly the efficiency is higher 10-30% than traditional machines. also it's more better if choose silicon carbide ceramics inner chamber.
