These sand grinding mills are mainly consisted with chamber and disc dispersing system,driving system, cooling system, lubricating system. The double end mechanical seal adopted with indepent patented technology could be resistant to more than 1600 kinds of solvents. The series have great flow rate and super fine discharging space,the production capacity is rather great and high .The cooling efficiency is better than normal mills because the sectional double spiral water course is more beneficial to heat exchange. The grinding efficiency is higher 15-30% than traditional mill machines; the combined disperser can rapidly increase dispersing efficiency.
The whole mills are operated safely, steadily and non-noisy., because the mills are manufactured with high precesion US imported 4 axis CNC machine,worthy of 2.6 million RMB, and other cnc machines.

1. How to choose the appropriate sand mill?
Please tell us the raw material of grinding, the input finness and output finness you need, production capacity per houre or per day, other special requirements like temperature , color, explosion performance,etc. Then we offer the most appropriate instrustions of wet grinding sand mill.
2.How to ensure the grinding machine can operate regularly after taking delivery?
Firstly, we offer running test before shipping. Secondly, operation instrustion will be delivered with the equipment, you need to read the instructions first. Thirdly, we can offer vedio instructions to help installment, maintance. Finally, if all methods have tried and the machine could not operate regularrly, we could arrange enginner to solve the problem( this may need additional fees).
