Relying on a high relative speed, strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, and high-speed cutting are generated, resulting in high-frequency mechanical effects that fully disperse and emulsify the material, thereby refining it. In the coating production process, a liquid meter is used for measurement, and a complete process flow including high shear emulsification dispersion, vacuum defoaming, and semi-automatic filling is adopted, from material feeding to finished product output in one process.
