Tungsten Carbide Dynamic Separator
The heart of our mill is a dynamic gap separator crafted from pure tungsten carbide. The gap is precisely adjustable (0.1-0.4mm). For a target fineness of 200-500 nanometers, we expertly set it to an optimal 0.17mm, ensuring only properly ground slurry passes through. This allows the use of high-impact 0.6-0.8mm zirconia beads (S.G. 4.0), enabling faster grinding, higher yield, and superior fineness.
German-Engineered Mechanical Seal
Features a leak-free German import mechanical seal with a service life exceeding 8,000 hours. Its self-lubricating design eliminates the need for oil cooling, using a solvent or water compatible with your product as the coolant, thereby absolutely preventing product contamination.
