Our medium-sized high-flow horizontal sand mill delivers exceptional grinding efficiency, stable operation, and remarkable versatility, making it the ideal solution for industries such as coatings, inks, and pharmaceuticals. Designed with modular components and high-quality parts, it ensures consistent fine dispersion and high throughput in continuous production.
High-Performance Dispersion System
The agitator shaft is equipped with specially designed grinding discs, securely fixed with sleeves and glands. Optimized rotation direction and pairing ensure uniform and continuous shearing.
Optional pin-type or disc-type dispersers to accommodate materials of various viscosities.
Wear-Resistant Structure & Intelligent Cooling
The grinding chamber liner is made of special wear-resistant steel and features a double-spiral cooling channel for superior heat exchange. Replaceable liners significantly reduce maintenance costs.
Four-point cooling system (mechanical seal, cylinder, front plate, shaft) ensures precise temperature control and process stability.
Safety & Precision Control
Explosion-proof pressure controller (adjustable up to -0.1MPa) and discharge temperature gauge enable real-time monitoring. Hydraulic pressure transmission guarantees accurate readings.
Integrated safety interlock: automatic shutdown in case of overload, with prevented main motor start if the feed pump is not running.
Flexible Feeding Options
Standard pneumatic diaphragm pump; optional RBZ internal arc gear pump for low-noise, leak-free transfer of high-viscosity materials.
The slurry is pumped into the grinding chamber, where it is vigorously agitated with grinding media by high-speed rotating discs. This generates intense shear and impact forces, breaking down particles and dispersing agglomerates. The finely ground product passes through a dynamic separator, while media is retained for continuous grinding.
Higher Output: Unique pin configuration combined with high-density grinding beads can double productivity without compromising quality.
Easy Operation: Centralized control panel and track-mounted grinding chamber allow one-person cleaning, color changes, and maintenance.
Long Service Life: Wear-resistant materials and replaceable liners extend equipment lifespan, reducing total cost of ownership.
