Our TK stamped bearing housing adopts cold stamping forming technology with SPHC carbon steel blanks. Raw steel plates undergo precise one-time stamping, edge trimming and shaping. The whole process effectively controls dimensional tolerance, guarantees consistent roundness and flatness for welding and assembly. Natural surface finish avoids extra coating cost for conventional conveyor projects.

The TK bearing housing is welded on both ends of the conveyor roller tube. It acts as a fixed base to accommodate bearings and sealing units. It supports the rotating roller shaft, keeps the bearing aligned, and forms the basic outer protection structure for internal sealing components. Complete assembly can be finished together with roller shaft, bearing and mechanical seal to form a full conveyor idler.
