Large Flange TK Stamped Bearing Housing is also known as flanged conveyor roller end cap. It is manufactured from high quality SPHC carbon steel by cold stamping.
Different from standard narrow flange TK housing, it adopts an enlarged wide flange structure. This component is welded to both ends of the roller tube to fix bearings and sealing assemblies, widely used on heavy-duty belt conveyors for mining, cement plants, ports and quarries.
The widened flange brings larger welding area and outstanding dust prevention performance, greatly improving the durability of conveyor idlers under harsh dusty working conditions.
Small narrow flange, limited welding area; basic dust resistance, suitable for light & medium conveying conditions.
Extra wide disc flange; larger welding surface for higher stability; better dust-proof performance, ideal for heavy-duty, muddy and dusty working environments.
