Product Description
TK6308 integrated labyrinth seal set is specially matched for TK6308 conveyor roller bearing housing. The whole assembly consists of 5 accessories: inner labyrinth seal (POM), outer labyrinth seal (POM), iron cover (SPCC), bottom seal (PA6) and protective shield (PA6).
It is suitable for 40mm shaft diameter. Matching bearing outer diameter is 90mm, top hole diameter 90mm, bottom hole diameter 65mm, bearing seat depth 55mm. After assembling with bearing inside the bearing seat, it effectively block dust, dirt and fine impurities from invading the bearing position. High‑precision structure and wear‑resistant raw materials greatly prolong bearing service life, keep roller running steadily for long‑term operation.
We supply two types of seals for selection: standard dust‑proof type and upgraded waterproof type. The waterproof version adds rainwater erosion resistance, ideal for outdoor mining and open‑air conveying environments.
