Product Introduction
DTII6204‑108 stamped bearing housing is specially designed for both ends of conveyor idler roller. Made of premium SPCC cold‑rolled steel sheet, with 45mm mounting depth. The whole workpiece is finished through 7 strict stamping procedures, featuring precise dimension and long‑term service life for bulk material conveying industry.
Manufacturing Process
1. Blanking: Cut steel plate and punch out round blank raw material
2. First deep drawing
3. Secondary deep drawing
4. Third deep drawing
5. Shaping: calibrate overall shape, ensure perfect roundness and flatness accuracy
6. Trimming: remove excess leftover material, smooth the outer edge
7. Punching: machine central assembling hole for bearing installation
Our stamped bearing housing is finely processed with smooth surface, no burrs and no sharp edges. Cooperated with matching seal parts and 6204 bearing, it can be assembled on both ends of conveyor roller tightly, effectively blocking dust, sludge and water intrusion.
Application Scenario
Widely applied in mine conveying system, quarry, coal transportation, aggregate bulk conveying and other harsh working environments. Stable structure resists frequent rotation and continuous long‑time operation, greatly extend the service life of idler rollers.
