This DTII6205-89 bearing housing is constructed from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a uniform 46mm overall depth, specially engineered as the end fitting for mining conveyor rollers. Every housing undergoes a strict 7-step integrated stamping workflow to guarantee precise dimensional consistency: blanking for circular raw blanks, three successive deep drawing procedures, shaping to calibrate roundness and flatness, trimming to remove excess edge scrap, and final punching for central bearing assembly holes.
The refined stamping process eliminates rough burrs across all contact surfaces, achieving seamless matching with matching bearings and labyrinth sealing components. Installed on both ends of conveyor idlers, it forms a complete protective assembly that resists mineral dust, grit and long-term heavy load abrasion, greatly extending the service cycle of conveyor systems in quarry, coal and mineral transportation lines.
