This DTII6305-89 stamping bearing housing is constructed from high-quality SPCC cold rolled steel with an overall depth of 51mm. It is manufactured via 7 rigorous stamping processes: blanking to cut raw steel into round blanks, multi-time drawing, shaping for precise circularity, trimming to remove excess edges, and punching for accurate assembly holes. The whole workpiece is smooth with zero burrs after full finishing treatment. Matched with bearings and professional sealing parts, it is mounted on both ends of conveyor rollers to stabilize roller rotation. Widely deployed in mining, quarry and bulk material conveying systems, it delivers long service life under harsh dusty working environments.
