This DTII6305-159 stamped bearing housing is manufactured from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with an overall depth of 49mm. Every housing goes through seven strict forming procedures: blanking to cut raw steel into circular blanks, three successive deep drawing processes, precision shaping to guarantee perfect roundness and flatness, trimming to remove excess edge material, and final punching for standardized bearing assembly holes.
Each finished housing is polished thoroughly to eliminate burrs and sharp edges, delivering smooth assembly performance. Designed to be mounted on both ends of conveyor rollers together with matching bearings and sealing parts, it delivers long service life under harsh mining transport conditions, effectively stabilizing the running of mineral conveying belts.
