This DTII6305-133 stamping bearing housing is crafted from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a 49mm integral depth, manufactured through full 7-step precise stamping procedures. The production workflow covers blanking for round raw blank shaping, multi-time deep drawing, precise shaping for roundness control, trimming to remove excess edges and punching for central assembly holes. Strict post-processing eliminates burrs entirely, delivering smooth, dimension-stable finished parts.
Designed to be mounted on two ends of conveyor rollers with matched bearings and labyrinth seals, the housing forms a complete dust-proof assembly. It performs steadily under harsh mining conveying environments, resisting rock dust, debris abrasion to extend the whole roller service cycle.
