Product Introduction
This DTII6205-159 bearing housing is manufactured from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a total depth of 46mm. The whole workpiece undergoes complete seven-step stamping processing, strictly following standardized production steps: blanking to cut raw steel sheet into circular blanks, three sequential deep drawing processes to form the main body, sizing treatment to optimize circularity and flatness, trimming to remove excess rim scrap, and center punching for bearing assembly holes.
Our rigorous manufacturing eliminates burrs and dimensional deviations, delivering smooth, precise finished parts with outstanding structural stability. This bearing seat is designed to be installed on both ends of conveyor rollers, matched with corresponding bearings and labyrinth seals. It delivers long service life under heavy dust, high-load mining conveying working conditions, effectively supporting the stable operation of ore transport belts.
