Product Introduction
DTII6204‑89 stamped bearing housing is professionally manufactured for conveyor roller end installation. Made of premium SPCC cold‑rolled steel plate, the overall depth reaches 45mm. Adopting seven‑process deep drawing stamping technology, the finished workpiece features smooth surface without burr, stable roundness and flatness.
Production Process
1. Blanking: Cut steel sheet and punch out circular rough blank.
2. First deep drawing
3. Second deep drawing
4. Third deep drawing
5. Shaping: calibrate overall dimension, improve circular precision and flatness.
6. Trimming: remove excess leftover material, polish outer ring edge neatly.
7. Punching: machine central mounting hole for bearing assembly.
Main Features
High‑quality SPCC raw material ensures high structural toughness. Multi‑time deep drawing molding makes the bearing housing resistant to deformation. Cooperated with seal parts and 6204 bearing, it installs on both ends of conveyor rollers effectively. Good dustproof and wear‑resistant performance, long service life even under harsh mining transportation environment.
